OK, found it! This is the post.
Mystery Photo 62 - Originally presented Jun 15, 2012
Like most city playgrounds, this one was built on the grounds of an adjacent school, which in this case was P.S. 122, on Bailey Avenue at the foot of West Kingsbridge Road. This picture was taken in 1955, before the school was completely razed and replaced with P.S. 310. On the border of Marble Hill, this playground offered a view of the Broadway Bridge and Spyten Duyvil beneath it.

The information in it is simply incorrect. I have worked at PS 122/PS 310 since 1979. The school was never "razed". In fact, it was built in 1955 and named PS 122. In June 1995 PS 122 was "closed" and "reopened" as PS 310 in Sept 1995. They changed the name over the door, and the carpets, and a lot of the staff, but we kept all the same kids and the playground next door! (BTW, the playground next door is now undergoing a modernization.)

I posted something similar to this, with the correct information. But, as you can see, they have not fixed the mistake.
