Larry.. The "other" Ben`s on Queens Boulevard near the L.I.E. in Rego Park closed down this past June after 73 years! In addition to Ben`s in Bayside, I have also been to Ben`s in Greenvale (on the southeast corner of Northern Boulevard and Glen Cove Road) and to Ben`s in Woodbury on Jericho Turnpike....each of them within 20 minutes by car from my home.
