I remember quite a few companies down along the river there. Tuck Tape comes to mind, about a quarter mile south of the bridge. There was some sort of construction company right along the 207th St bridge that had an ancient steam shovel and a collection of amphibious WW2 landing craft. I recently heard that one of the DKW's was pulled from the river bottom and was being restored somewhere.
