He was Irving Fein. The building was in reasonable shape. I knew nothing about him. He used to stop by monthly to collect the rent. One time while he was passing my room he noticed I had a large picture of a 1957 Plymouth Fury taped to the wall. He actually stepped back to look and said "Fury". I presume he was a car buff (as I was).
