| Parkchester, Throggs Neck, Archer Street, Castle Hill, Silver Beach, The Corners, The Kettle, Alfie's, Kenny's, etc. Cost: $35 per adult, kids are free. Please make check or money order payable to Paddy Glynn and mail to 23428 Broadwood Drive, Elkhart, IN 46514. DIRECTIONS TO RIDGE ROAD PARK (914 946 8133): Sprain Brook Parkway to Greenburgh exit. Make a left at the end of the ramp and follow to West Hartsdale Avenue. Turn right. Follow to Ridge Road (approximately one mile), turn right onto Ridge Road. Follow for approximately 1 1/2 miles to entrance. Go to Pavilion 2. What you can do: The best thing you can do is send in your response and your check as soon as possible indicating how many people are coming with you. (Although walk-ins are certainly welcome, the more walk-ins we get, the greater the probability of running short and having to make a food and drink run.) Then contact as many people as you can – by email, phone, postcard, smoke signal, or third eye -- and urge them to come. We had several hundred adults and kids at the last reunion and everyone had a blast. And this year we expect several guest stars: Hitler the Parkchester cop, Joe the Bartender from Reilly’s, Louie Goldberg and Dave the Goon, and Mr. and Mrs. Bunny. (ok Louie is dead, but his dog PooPoo will show up) PASS THE WORD. | |
